Warm Market Script

OBJECTIVE OF THIS SCRIPT:  You want to create curiosity and get your prospects into your recruiting website at   http://yourbreaktofreedom.com/yoursitename.  From there you guide your prospects to http://www.tryecoquest.com/yoursitename  for them to watch all movies and then ask questions on the phone.    Then close them to their Personal Unit as your first goal.

OPTION # 1   THE DIRECT APPROACH:

"John, it's been too long since we've gotten together.   I have some really interesting things going on."  Are you by your computer?  When would you be able to be set up on your computer?  (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

OPTION #2  COULD YOU DO ME A FAVOR APPROACH:

"Joe, could you please do me a favor?"  (Sure)

"I have just become involved in a twenty one year old company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions and I am part of a team that is in charge of national expansion.  I am/we are looking for a couple of high caliber people who are at a point in their lives where they are looking for something new.   Who do you know who is sharp that may be looking?   Would you be willing to help me make contact with that person?   Joe is probably going to ask what this is.  (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

"Sarah, could you please do me a favor?"   (Sure)

"I have just started working part-time with a new company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions and I'm part of a team that is in charge of national expansion.  We are looking for a few success-oriented individuals who may be open to what we have to offer.   Possibly you might know someone who is positioned to benefit by helping me.  Would you be willing to do that for me?"  Sarah is probably going to ask what this is.  (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

OPTION #3   WHO DO YOU KNOW APPROACH:

"Harry, I am working with a company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions and I'm part of a team that is  in charge of National expansion.  We are looking for some sharp people to help head up this expansion.  Who do you know who has been successful who may be looking for something new?"   Your prospect may respond by giving you names.  However, it is more likely your prospect will ask, "Well, what are you looking for?"  If this happens, then respond as follows…   "We are looking for someone with a strong background in _______________ (pick the skill).  In fact,  "Harry, if you are by your computer or could tell me when you would be by your computer I could take to a site that outlines the program."  (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

OPTION #4   IF I COULD SHOW YOU:

"Louise, if I could show you how to make more money working part time from home than most people earn working full time would you be interested in reviewing my website?

"John, are you aware that indoor air pollution is our nation's number one environmental health concern?   My NEW company provides the latest technology in environmental solutions and is now exploding across America, and soon the world.  I am part of team that is heading up global expansion and we are searching for some sharp people to help.  If I could show you how you could make more money part time than most people make full time would you be open to looking at what I have?' OPTION #5   DO YOU EVER THINK ABOUT DOING ANYTHING ELSE?

OPTION #6  CREDIBILITY APPROACH:

"Alan, I'm working with a small group of entrepreneurs, and we're in charge of expansion of a company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions.  As I thought of qualified people I would really enjoy working with, you immediately came to my mind.  Can you tell me, Alan, are you at a point in your life where you would be open to taking a look at something other than what your are now doing?"  Would you be interested in reviewing it on the internet?"     (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

 "Diane, I'm working with a small group of entrepreneurs, and we're in charge of expansion of a company that provides the latest NASA technology in environmental solutions.  I was telling my Business Advisor about the respect I have for you and he/she indicated he/she would like to meet with you.  Can you tell me, Diane, are you at a point in your career where you would be open to taking a look at a new business venture?"   Would you be interested in reviewing it on the internet?    (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

OPTION #7  REFERRAL APPROACH:

"Hello, Bob, my name is ____________________ and I am a recruiter for a company that provides the latest NASA technology in environmental solutions.  I shared with _______________ a little of what I/we are looking for and he/she gave me your name and suggested I talk with you.  Bob, can you tell me if you are at a point in your life where you may be open for a change?" "Hello, Steve, my name is _____________ and I am working with a company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions. We are currently looking for a quality individuals who can help us with National Expansion.  I was talking to ____________ and he/she suggested I talk with you.  I understand you have been successful in ___________ and I wanted to call to see if you would be interested in reviewing what we are doing in further detail?" OPTION # 8   WE HAVEN'T TALKED IN A LONG TIME:

"Hello, Jim, this is _________.  How are you doing?"  Let the call proceed naturally with small talk.  During the period of small-talk find out what they are now doing for a living. When the time is right, proceed with: "Jim, the reason I called was not only to see how you are doing, but also to let you know what I am doing now.  I am working with a company that provides the latest NASA technology in environmental solutions and I'm part of the National Expansion Team.  As I thought of qualified people I would enjoy working with, you immediately came to my mind"  (Pause)  "Would you be open to reviewing what we are looking for and what we have to offer?"  Would you be interested in reviewing it on the internet?    (Drop down to Warm Market Script)

Your prospects are going to poke at you for questions about the program.  The more you say the more reasons you give them to say, "not interested".  The goal is to get them into your recruiting website.

PREPARE FOR QUESTIONS AND OBJECTIONS: 

            The Majority of the people you call will have one of the following questions or concerns.  It is important that you expect them and be prepared to immediately handle their questions or objections properly with a strong posture of certainty and confidence.  The objective is not to create resistance, but to present logical and reasonable responses to their questions.  Always keep in mind your goal is to create curiosity and to get a firm commitment from them to review this business.  NEVER try to explain the opportunity over the telephone  When answering questions, don't ramble.  Be brief with your response and stay on track.

1)         "What is it?" or "Tell me more!"  

            This is a natural response from someone after you have created curiosity.  These people are not asking for full phone presentation.  They are just curious.  Here are some simple ways to handle this common question.  

            RESPONSE A:  "Tom, I recognize the value of your time.  And just as your time is valuable, so is mine.  If this were something that could be effectively presented by phone, I certainly would; it would save both of us time, but it can't" 

            RESPONSE B:  (If you're having resistance to Response A)  "Chad, if this business could be explained over the phone I would certainly try.  You have to take a look at all the facts.  The website will give you the picture in less than 15 minutes  Are you by your computer?

2)         Is it Amway, Shaklee, Maleleuca, Herbalife………"?  

            RESPONSE:  "No, ______, it is not like anything you have ever seen before."  Then proceed to confirm an appointment.

3)         Is it Network Marketing?   (This is generally an indication your approach sounded like the ordinary network marketing approach)  

            RESPONSE A:  "Bob, I recognize you will have a lot of questions, just as I did.  If this were something that could be effectively outlined over the phone I would certainly do it; but it can't.  That is why I need to get you into my information on the internet." 

            RESPONSE B:  "Yes it is!  Tell me _______, what do you know about network marketing?"  

4)         If this is network marketing/multi-level marketing opportunity, I'm not interested!  Again, this is generally an indication that your approach sounded dated and ordinary-like re-run "pitches" they've heard before.   Start working on your own personal approach more.  

            RESPONSE A:  "Joe, if this business were just an ordinary network marketing company, I wouldn't be interested either.  This is something that's honestly different!  Let's get you into the information.  Are you by your computer?  I think you'll be as impressed as I am."  Proceed to confirm the appointment.  

5)         What is the Company Name?            

            RESPONSE:  "It is EcoQuest International, a twenty-one year old company that provides the latest technology in environmental solutions which has just been enhanced with new technology from NASA.  It is proving to be a very lucrative venture.  You will be impressed with this company!"  Let me help you find my website.

6)         I'm not interested!  This is a definitely an indication you told your prospect too much.  

            RESPONSE:  "Bob would you be willing to at least do me a favor?"  (Sure)  "Would you take just 15 minutes and go through the website.  The information is compelling and I would hate to leave you behind.  I'm forming my team of TOP GUNS and want you to be on it.

7)         I have to talk to my spouse:   

            RESPONSE:  "I agree with you that our spouses' support is necessary, could we talk with your spouse together?   

8)         Is this one of those pyramid things?  

            RESPONSE A:  "George, do you think I would be involved in an illegal pyramid?"  

            RESPONSE B:  " George, No, this is a  company that provides the latest NASA technology in environmental solutions that has built a twenty year track record of exploding success.  I'm part of a team that is in charge of national expansion.  Are you by your computer?

            NOTE:  If you are feeling some resistance from your prospect, you may want to try using the TAKE-AWAY APPROACH

            EXAMPLE 1:  "Bob, when I looked at who could most benefit from this business, I immediately thought of you. If you are not interested in taking a brief look at it, that's OK.  I was just thinking of you."  

            EXAMPLE 2:  "Allen, all I want to accomplish in this brief phone conversation is to see if you have an interest in taking a look at a new business venture.  If this is the wrong time in your life, that's fine.  I was just thinking of you.  I thought if it were the right time in your life, you are the kind of person I would enjoy working with."  

Get a Firm Commitment  

            This step is ONE OF THE MOST IMPORTANT STEPS.  It is CRITICAL that you get a firm commitment from your prospect.  You may feel uncomfortable getting a firm commitment, but you must.  

            WHEN SOMEONE  SAYS, "I will try to be go to the website", "I will do my best to be there,", or, "If I don't have an appointment, I will be there," UNDERSTAND THAT THEY ARE SAYING  "NO".  You must push to get a firm commitment or you will waste YOUR valuable time.  

Get off the Phone  

            After you have a firm commitment, be sure to get off the phone immediately!  If you continue small-talk after you get a commitment, it is likely the prospect will start to ask you questions about the opportunity.  The best way to end a conversation is by saying, "You're going to be very excited, Steve, when you see what this business can provide for you.  I'll watch your progress on the internet and will be back in touch when you've completed the website, just 15 minutes.

IMPORTANT TIPS  

   Remember, creating curiosity is your goal. NEVER, NEVER TRY TO EXPLAIN ANY PART OF THE OPPORTUNITY OVER THE TELEPHONE.  If you do, prospects will make a decision based on what you have told them, and 90% of the time they will not look at the opportunity. 

·     NEVER BEG ANYONE to see the business.  In fact, even avoid saying, PLEASE, unless you are asking for a favor or their opinion.  Remember, you have a great business for THEM. 

·      ALWAYS INVITE ON THE TELEPHONE.  Avoid inviting in person. 

      ALWAYS STRESS URGENCY.

     WHEN INVITING, if the person you are calling is not available, just leave a brief message for him/her to return your call.  When leaving a message, always remember to speak slowly and clearly.  Always offer to spell your name if it is not an easy name.  Give the person 24 hours to return your call before making a second call.

      IF YOUR PROSPECT IS NOT INTERESTED always ask for referrals.

      ROLE-PLAY this entire inviting process with someone, preferably, your Business Advisor.

      RECORD YOUR VOICE while inviting so you can hear how you sound.

      NO CHILDREN at the meetings

      ANALYZE each NO that you get to see if you can improve on anything.

      IF YOU GET THREE NO'S IN A ROW, call your Business Advisor and/or study this outline.

      REMEMBER, A NO is the other person's loss.  Never appear disappointed.

·     REMEMBER, IF THIS WERE EASY EVERYONE WOULD BE DOING IT!
