Transition - Questions and Answers

Question:  What is this thing called EcoQuestSystem.Com? 

Answer:  Brad Near, a Key Manager in Phoenix, Arizona has been developing EcoQuest internet recruiting, retailing and training websites since the inception of the internet.  The sites were originally developed exclusively for members of his own team but the word got out and others asked if they could join.  A fee was set at $19.95 a month to recover costs of servers, staff and programmers.  In April of 2008 Brad met with Mike Jackson to share with him the tools that had been developed.  The most attractive tools that EcoQuest saw was the highly advanced internet based contact manager that had been programmed exclusively for EcoQuest Business Owners and the Data Base Personalized-Recruiting and Retailing Websites.  Brad offered to make these available to EcoQuest if Mike thought it would help everyone in the company.  Programmers were engaged and steps were taken to make the system available to EcoQuest Business Owners and to change the name to The EcoQuest System. The $19.95 fee has been reduced to $9.95 and has incentives that allow a 100% refund of the $9.95 each month.

Question:  How do I sign up for this?

Answer:  Click on "Join - Quit - Rejoin" in the header area.

Question: Why would I even fuss with the EcoQuest System when I have the Gold or Titanium Website package from EcoQuest?

Answer: We all need to know when a prospect visits our websites. And, if they do visit just how far they progressed into the information. It would be nice to know what they thought about what they saw while providing us more information about themselves, with all of that being noticed to us, in real time, by e-mail and then placed into a contact manager that lets us review their progress at anytime. Adding to that, it would be nice to have a private secretary that contacts prospects for us while we are busy doing other things. That's only part of what The EcoQuest System brings to you. Wouldn't it be nice if there were a place where you and your new people could receive daily training sessions? Check it out; you'll never go back to working without it.

Question:  If I want to change my personal information, do I do that in my Contact Manager or do I do that in my EBC? (EcoQuest Business Center)

Answer:  All personal information has to be changed in your EBC at EcoQuest.  This includes your name, street, city, state, zip, phone, e-mail address, username, etc.  The changes you make will be automatically reflected in our data here at EcoQuestSystem.com.

Question:  I saw somewhere in my reading that the monthly $9.95 fee can be refunded to me.  Can you explain that?

Answer:  Sure.  All of EcoQuest is based on incentives.  We want you to focus on doing the right things as well. So,

  • $9.95 is refunded to you when you order leads from the EcoQuest Lead Store
  • $9.95 is refunded to you when you participate in any of our SPECIAL MARKETING COOPS

Question: What additional websites come with the EcoQuest System?

Answer: You can check these out: (you can enter your own /username instead of /testdrive if you have an active account.  We anticipate improving and adding to these retailing and recruiting websites.

Question: There are soooo many websites, is there a plan on simplification?

Answer: Yes. As a solution we've been working on we developed a CENTRAL WEBSITE for our members where each member has their own URL. Example, mine is
http://bradnear.com (admittedly looks a little honky right now-it will be upgraded in the future) That's all I have to pass out to my recruits or customers.  Simply, " Go to bradnear.com".  I then invite them to click on the link that I would like to share with them. After we have completed this transition we anticipate providing this service to all of our members where they each have their own URL like I have with all of their websites visible, right there. We call it your Deluxe Website.

Question: I want to change my information. Do I change it at EcoQuest or here at The EcoQuest System?

Answer: We all have one place to update or change our personal information. That is through your EcoQuest Business Center  (EBC) at EcoQuest. Any changes made there are picked up automatically at The EcoQuest System.  However, if there is any confusion on this contact support@ecoquestsystem.com and we will assist.

Question:  But you're asking for my Credit Card information for funding the $9.95 each month.  Where do I make any changes to that? 

Answer:  There are some elements that you can change at The EcoQuest System. Putting your photo up, your personal story and your credit card information that is required to have an Active Membership at The EcoQuest System.

Question: How do I review and change the information I'm able to change at The EcoQuest System?

Answer: When you first log in, assuming you have an Active Membership, you are in your Contact Manager. Click on MY ACCOUNT. The fields that you're not able to modify are fixed to prevent changing. These are the fields that are automatically linked from the main EcoQuest computer to The EcoQuest System data base.

Question: Tell me more about the Coop Advertising and Lead Sourcing being planned?

Answer: We anticipate working with a series of upscale publications such as the Wall Street Journal, Success Magazine, USA Today and professional journals seeking professionals (recruiting up the food chain) who are seeking a better way. That is our MAGAZINE-NEWSPAPER-JOURNALS COOP. We are in the process of testing an
INTERNET SEARCH ENGINE COOP that focuses on retailing products and recruiting. Initially the PowerwoRx will be our launching product. After that will come Search Engine Marketing to Hospital Administrators, Nursing Home Owners and Manager, Urgent Care Center Administrators and other health care providers discussing MRSA to produce a high level, professional retail lead for our members. We see Heartland Select being a prime product for search engine marketing to health care providers and others concerned about finding all natural solutions for diabetes, heart problems, muscular aches and pains, etc.

Question: I would like to be able to import leads into the contact manager and autoresponder system.  Can I do that?

Answer: Sorry, but no.  We did have that feature open several years ago and had one group put in over 4 million spam leads into our system.  Within minutes we were shut down by the internet and after over $10,000 of recovery costs we closed that feature.  Right now you can enter your leads one at a time in the contact manager.  All of the leads that are purchased through The EcoQuest Lead Store we know are legitimate, responsive leads so these are the only ones that are automatically set up in the system.  Now, if you do have a ton of leads and no place to take them..review http://aweber.com as a mailing service that could put them to work for you.

Question:  If I enter a lead into the contact manager manually is that set up in the autoresponder?

Answer: Not at this time, however, we are working on installing a new HIGH DELIVERY autoresponder system.  When that is in place we'll then possibly have a better answer for you.

Question:  I've been reviewing the Autoresponder Messages and find some things outdated. Is there a plan for fixing these?

Answer:  Yes.  As soon as we have completed this phase of the transition we are going to be installing a HIGH DELIVERY AUTORESPONDER SYSTEM that has the HIGHEST DELIVERY RATE in the industry.  It is a costly system to install but is being paid for by your $9.95 monthly fee.  All messages are being re-written for this change.

Question: What do I do to replace bad leads?

Question:  Is there a quicker and easier way for me to get to the Control Panel on my lead store without having to log into my EBC account and coming to my Contact Manager link?

Answer:   Yes.  After you have set up your account in The EcoQuest Lead Store you can use this link to go directly to your control panel.  Save this in your favorites:  http://wcp.leadbackoffice.com/f/wcp/login/index.do

Question:  I mailed an email to my customer (using contact manager) and I spelled his email name incorrectly so he never received it.  But I did not get any notice that this was the case.

Answer:  There is no UNDELIVERABLE RECEIPT from the contact manager... that may be coming as improvements are made.

Question:  On the Internet Conference Room, if I want to attend a session by telephone but am not able to be by my computer, how do I do that?

Answer:  Actually..you have to register for the call…and receive in that process the PHONE NUMBER that you would call in…  write it down..and call in on that number…  For the EcoQuest Company Lifeline Calls, use the regular Lifeline Number.

Question:  I want to change my e-mail address or password.  Where do I do that?

Answer:  All changes are made in your EcoQuest Business Center (EBC).  Select Website Management and make your changes.  They will be picked up here at EcoQuestSystem.Com automatically. 

Question:  In my Contact Manager I see some entries made as DROP IN.  Could you tell me what that is about?

Answer:  Yes.  When you have local advertising taking place or you send a friend to your websites and they register their information is entered into your Contact Manager.  We have no way of knowing where they came from so we simply call them a DROP IN.  Now, if you have an internet lead already in your Contact Manager and that lead comes back to your site a few days later they will also be called a DROP IN as we have no way of knowing where they came from.  So, recommendation is to make a note in your ORIGINAL ENTRY for your lead that they did review and registered at a website and then delete the drop in.  This is covered in your Contact Manager Training.

Question:  I am a member of the PowerwoRx Search Engine Coop.  How do I receive updates/

Answer:  We have been sending updates every Monday morning to all members of the Coop.  If you have not been receiving them please let us know.  support@ecoquestsystem.com  

Question:  I am not using the websites and services of the EcoQuestSystem.Com.  How can I cancel?

Answer:  In the header of each page you will find a link for JOIN-QUIT-REJOIN.  If you wish to cancel, just click on that link and click Cancel.  Pretty simple.  If you wish to come back at anytime click on the link and click RE-ACTIVATE MEMBERSHIP and you'll be back in.
